How a collection moves

From the moment a customer agrees to pay to the moment the payment is a record in your Transactions.

  1. 1RequestA checkout, link, invoice, QR code, or USSD session asks for an amount.
  2. 2MethodThe customer picks mobile money, a card, bank transfer, or eKash.
  3. 3ConfirmationThe wallet, card network, bank, or RSwitch confirms the payment.
  4. 4RecordThe payment appears in Transactions with a status and a receipt goes out.
